Over the years, Kelly has acquired substantial knowledge of the primary issues affecting the management of commercial real estate. His experience includes acquisition, design, construction, leasing, tenant build-out, and asset management. He has worked with businesses both large and small.

Kelly is a 30-year resident of Kitsap County and is extremely proud of this community and all it has to offer. For the past 17 years, he’s been a Commercial Broker and a member of the Kitsap County Investment Brokers Association (KCIB).

A native of Texas, Kelly grew up on the windy plains of Lubbock and attended the University of Oklahoma. He received his BBA of Finance in 1990, and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation in 2012. He and his wife have two children and are long-time residents of Bainbridge Island. He enjoys mountain bike racing & coaching, traveling, and serving on the Board of the Bainbridge Island Rotary Club. He is a Chair Emeritus of the Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce.
