Joe started in real estate brokerage in 1981 and has worked with a variety of clients including Taco Bell, KFC, Red Robin, Skippers, The Doctors Clinic, and financial brokerage firms.

Associated with real estate, Joe has also been the project manager on the development and construction of several office buildings, the remodel of a restaurant, as well as the design and bidding of several office complexes.

Joe earned a B.A. in Education from Western Washington State University and a M.A. in Management from Pepperdine University. He’s also completed courses on Leasing Commercial Real Estate, Small Office Building Development, Negotiating and Drafting Commercial Leases, and CCIM Courses.

He has been married for 46 years and has two grown children. He’s a former Naval Aviator and was active duty from 1970-1979 and in the Naval Reserves from 1979-1991.
